Ordering Info

  1. Ordering through the website is the fastest, most convenient way to order through us. Simply add items to your shopping cart as you move through the site. At the checkout you can easily add or remove items by clicking the appropriate box.
  2. You can use the shopping cart, and then print your order, which will have your order number.
  3. All purchases are processed safely and securely by PayPal.
  4. Using our secure checkout allows you to pay by either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or the bank account you have connected to your PayPal account.
  5. If you don't have a PayPal You can sign up quickly and easily by clicking here.

Shipping

  1. How We Ship - All Trinity Romance Shop products are packaged both neatly, and discreetly in plain brown boxes. We (the sender) do not put the shops name on the packaging, only the return address and the initials T.R.S.
  2. Who We Ship With- All orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited service. If you're within Canada you will be given a tracking number. If you're in the U.S.A orders shipped via Canada Post will be shipped small parcel, which does not provide a tracking number, but is also subsequently more affordable. If you require a tracking number indicate that your order be shipped expedited, and you will be charged accordingly. Trinity Romance free shipping pertains only to the most affordable options.
  3. Shipping Prices- All purchases over $75 are shipped free of charge as a service to our customers. Our online calculator will determine the cost of shipping depending on location, shipping method, and size of package. If you require a rush order the free shipping does not apply.
  4. Rush Orders- For rush orders we will have it couriered to you within 1-2 business days depending on the time the order is made.
  5. U.S. Customers- All prices seen on this site are in Canadian dollars. Orders shipped to the States aren’t subject to Canadian taxes, but may be subject to your own states taxes, and duties. These orders will be shipped via small parcel, unless otherwise indicated.

Returns & Warranties

  1. Returns- Due to the intimate nature of our products we have a strict no return policy.
  2. Warranties- We do backup all of our products with a three month warranty against manufacturers defects. If you do have a defective product please contact us either via phone, or e-mail to see if we can trouble shoot the problem prior to initiating a warranty claim. If the issue is indeed a warranty please mail the proof of purchase with the product, and an explanation of the issue is. Once we receive the product in question we can initiate the warranty procedure with our suppliers on this end. Trinity Romance will pay for the shipping to have your new product returned to you once the process is complete. As an initial safeguard please always test the toy with fresh batteries before you initiate the above steps.
